BUILD4–12 WEEKS
A short, sharply focused project to build one specific piece of your infrastructure. Designing a bespoke CRM and/or Grant Management System, integrating new tools, or shaping new operating processes: I build it comprehensively and hand it over working, with your team confident running it.
LAUNCH3–6 MONTHS
Iterative, focused strategy work directly alongside principals, senior leaders and their teams. Built for fast-moving entities, this engagement maps your strategic intent and sets the foundational conditions in motion to create momentum for impact.
ANCHOR10–12 MONTHS
An embedded, end-to-end partnership for new and established organisations. Drawing on the complete practice, I architect the strategy, engineer the infrastructure, and provide the ongoing operational and organisational gravity required to turn your intent into reality.
